Retreat At Home
Our retreats and pilgrimages are the ground beneath the practice, through lived devotion, daily embodiment, sacred places and the company of people who see you clearly. Each one is led with care for the nervous system, your evolution, as well as the heart, with enough spaciousness to digest what you experience, and with a focus on sustained integration, so that depth you touch here becomes something you live from. In 2027 we travel from the play and sisterhood of Sri Lanka, to the vast mountains of the Himalayas, to the devotion of India’s temples, rivers and living teachers. Wherever we go, the invitation is the same: to travel consciously, connect deeply and stabilise your own innate wisdom.
Līlā is a ten-night women’s trip through Sri Lanka, hosted by Anabel and Tamara, for women who have done the healing work and now crave joy, play and sisterhood. Līlā means “divine play,” and the journey moves from Negombo to Adam’s Peak, Ella and the south coast at Ahangama. Along the way you’ll do sunrise hikes, cooking with a local family, a tea plantation tour, surf lessons, daily yoga and women’s circles, and long stretches of deep rest. It’s built for solo travellers, so you arrive on your own and leave with a circle of new friends. The trip is a return to the women you were before you got so busy healing that you forgot how to simply enjoy the world, and a reminder that the spiritual path was always meant to lead you back into your body, your senses and your life.

Roots of Bhaktī
North India Pilgrimage
Roots of Bhaktī is an eleven-night pilgrimage through North India’s spiritual heartland, devoted to Bhaktī, the yoga of the heart and the path of surrender. Within every person lives a devotional intelligence, an innate ability to meet life with sincerity, reverence and trust, and this journey refines it into lived experience. As we journey from Rishikesh to Haridwar, we explore how the chaos of India meets the depth of the heart, held in the Divine Mother energy of Anandamayi Ma, before heading up into the mountains of Nainital and Kainchi Dham, to experience the the introspective nature of shakti and the tender, Hanuman-infused darshan of Neem Karoli Baba. Through temple visits, Ganga Aarti, Yagya and Puja ceremonies, kirtan, and daily breath, kriya and mantra beside sacred rivers and in the mountains, you learn to see the Divine everything. This is not a holiday, but a deeply immersed spiritual pilgrimage. A final stretch of integration back in Rishikesh lets it all settle. You return as a truer you, with a quieter mind and a heart-led steadiness, no longer trying to control life but in loving relationship with it.
Rasa Devi is a ten-night immersion in Tamil Nadu, one of the richest cultural regions in India, timed for Deepavali, the festival of lights, when the whole land turns toward the Divine. Over ten days, you’ll move through daily devotional practice, seva (selfless service) and deep, sustained practice. This is a deep spiritual immersion, not a holiday or a gentle retreat, but a committed stretch of time set aside to go further inward than everyday life ever allows. At its centre is the blessing of meeting Sri Sakthi Amma, a spiritual teacher of the Divine, and receiving her darshan, the sacred act of seeing and being seen. Rasa means the sweetness, the nectar of devotion, and Devi the Divine Mother who holds it.
