Personalised Practice- Jamie

Welcome to your 40 day Sadhana.

This practice has been carefully created with the intention to balance the sun & moon energies within your body, clear the patterns held within the body that keep the limited mind in control (particularly healing through your mothers ancestral line). We finish practice with a heart centred meditative kriya to bring the communication to heart-throat-third eye channel.

This practice is designed to lead you straight into deep rest of savasana (deep relaxation) for 10 minutes, to support the integration process.

Intentional Introspection

Integration prompts:

  • What feels different in me now compared to the day I began this sadhana?

  • What have I released (physically, emotionally, or mentally), that I no longer wish to carry forward?

  • What has been the most unexpected gift or lesson that emerged through this practice?

  • How did resistance show up for me, and what did it teach me about my patterns or strength?

  • In what ways did I meet myself more honestly or tenderly during these 40 days?

  • What sensations, thoughts, or states of being do I want to continue cultivating beyond this sadhana?

  • How can I weave the essence of this practice into the rhythm of my daily life?

  • What reminders or rituals can I anchor to help me stay connected to this new frequency?

  • If this sadhana were a teacher, what ongoing guidance would it whisper to me now?

  • How do I want to move, speak, and create from this version of myself?

  • What quality or energy am I ready to embody fully as I step into this next chapter?

  • What do I feel called to share or express with others as a result of my transformation?

  • What does freedom feel like in my body now?
