Līlā (लीला) means divine play.

It's the reminder that spiritual practice was never meant to make us serious, it was meant to make us free. That everything, even the ordinary and the unplanned, can be held as sacred. That the path inward eventually leads us back out, into the world, into our bodies, into our lives, with our eyes wide open to how much beauty is already right in front of us.

This trip is a return to that. A return to the women you were before you got so busy healing that you forgot how to simply enjoy the beauty of the world around you.

Ten days to reconnect with the parts of you that know how to play, to laugh without reason, to be spontaneous, to take up space, and to do it in the company of women who see you exactly as you are.

लीला लीला लीला

This trip is an invitation back into that.

Is This You?

You already know your way around a meditation cushion. You've done the healing work, read the books, sat in the circles. And now ask yourself: “Is more healing really what I need? Or do I need to give my nervous system some new experiences?”

Maybe you're surrounded by people and still feel like no one really sees you. Maybe spirituality has become your entire personality and it’s time to ground that into your physical reality. Maybe you've never called yourself spiritual at all, but there's a quiet, nagging feeling that you want to travel and explore in a deeper and more connected way.

Either way, you're craving connection. Sisterhood. You're craving a version of your practice that lives in your body, and is integrated into your life. You're craving a depth, a challenge, a room full of women who understand you without you having to explain yourself.

What You're Really Craving

Underneath it all, this is about coming home to yourself.

You're craving to feel centred again. Deeply connected to yourself, to your body, to the joy that's available in this life, not just the healing you've been doing over the years. You're craving to be seen (like reallllly seen), by other women who recognise who you are at your core, because they've been looking for themselves too.

This trip is a reminder that the spiritual path was never meant to pull you away from your life, it was always meant to lead you back into it. Back into your body, your senses, the beauty that's right in front of you.

Who is this for:

  • The women holding space for others who is ready to be held herself.

  • The women who is exhausted in a life that feels “full”.

  • The women who craves more adventure and spontaneity.

  • The women called to express creatively and freely.

  • The woman who has done the healing work and is ready to live it.

  • The woman who feels a pull to deeper connection with sisters.

  • The women who feels like the black sheep at home.

  • The women ready to trust her intuition.

  • The women who knows her 7 year old Self and 80 year old Self would say YES right now.

  • The woman craving sisterhood over small talk.

  • The woman who wants to feel her spirituality integrated in her body.

  • The woman who's ready to say yes before she's ready to say yes.

Why Sri Lanka?

Sri Lanka is a land of abundance. Ocean, jungle, and mountain within the same day's drive. Rice terraces that stay green year-round, fruit falling from trees always, spices growing wild in the soil. Everything here grows, gives, offers itself freely.

This abundance extends to the people too, in the warmth of being welcomed into someone's home and fed like family, in temples that have held centuries of devotion and still feel alive with it.

Sri Lanka simply asks you to slow down enough to receive it.

This is a land that has taught us what it means to trust in enough. To trust that there is enough time, enough beauty, enough joy, enough of everything, without needing to grasp or control it. So it felt like the only place this trip could exist.

Meet your hosts!

Meet Anabel

Founder of White Sun Collective and Lead Facilitator.

Anabel has been teaching yoga for 7 years, with a particular focus on devotional practices and nervous system support. If she’s not deep in spiritual practice in a tiny rural town in India, she’s sipping coconuts on her island home in Sri Lanka.

She is a yoga philosophy nerd, turning life’s challenges into beautifully articulated lessons, as well as finding joy and play through Muay Thai Boxing, drinking a ridiculous amount of tea and side questing around the world.

Anabel has called Sri Lanka a home base since late 2025 and has established strong connections with locals and the land that holds this group trip.

Meet Tamara

Guest teacher and facilitator host.

Tamara is our travelling Queen, having spent the last 8 years travelling full time and living abroad, she is confident in the chaos of travel and holds a steady support under pressure.

She holds a deep love for nature, knows how to lift the energy and bring people together.

Tamara feels deeply guided by her spirit guides and angels, and believes we are all being led by something greater than ourselves. For her, sharing this journey of coming home to yourself, divine play, and being truly seen with other women, is what she loves most.

Meet Us

Anabel and Tamara met when they moved to London, the other side of the world, at the age of 18. They quickly formed a friendship that can only be described as sisterhood, and spent those early years exploring countries across Europe together. Even then, they knew what it felt like to be craving sisterhood and conscious travel, and not feeling like it was an option at that age. Travel either meant waiting for the plans to eventually leave the group chat (which it often didn’t), or it meant travelling built around parties and drinking, with little room for anything deeper.

Life took them both to different countries, through different chapters, different phases of becoming, and years on, has led them to walk side by side in shared devotion to the same thing: yoga, spirituality, and a deeper understanding of what conscious, sisterhood-centred travel could look like.

Līlā is that. It's the trip they wished existed for themselves at 20, one where you don't need a group of friends already booked in, where the intention is depth over drinking, and where two teachers walked the path for years, now gets to guide others in doing the same.

This whole world is a play of the divine. When you stop resisting it, you begin to dance."
